The skin generates more Melanin pigment to protect itself from the penetration of sun’s Ultra-Violet rays deeper into the skin. There are many easy home remedies for skin lightening that will help lighten your complexion. Still, these are supposed to be done on a regular basis to achieve its utmost effect and for best lightening results.

1. Having a balanced and nutritious diet will give your skin a healthy glow. Include vegetables and fruits to your daily diet. Avoid oily and fatty foods.

2. To wash out toxins in the body and to keep your skin properly hydrated, drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

3. Lastly, before going out, apply sunscreen to guard your skin from the sun’s damaging UV rays.
